Blades for Shearing Machines and Steel Cutting Lines #
Yuan-Lih’s shear cutting blades are used in shearing machines to cut thin steel sheets, hot steel billets, corrugated sheets and steel coil edges. The official category lists two standard designs, both made from inlaid HSS.
Flying Shear #
- Flying Shear — 150 × 145/125 × 40 mm, 32–22 slot/2, for flying shear machines. The flying shear cuts moving strip without stopping the line.
Four-Edge Shear #
- Four-Edge Shear — 800 × 100 × 50 mm, 35–24 counterbore/6, for various shearing machines. Four usable cutting edges extend service life between regrinding.

Material #
